Howard "Louie Bluie" Armstrong

Howard "Louie Bluie" Armstrong, a LaFollette native who received national acclaim for his art and music, was honored on Saturday also. Armstrong, who passed away a few years ago, had a music festival "Louie Bluie Festival" held in his memory.

Members of his band drove 15 hours from Boston, MA to take part in the festival.
